Vuluru One / Super Intelligence
Suggestions you can check.
Super Intelligence (SI) is the part of Vuluru One that suggests. It looks at your own books, suggests where something belongs, and shows you why. Ordinary code does the arithmetic and checks the suggestion, and a person decides what goes in.
Vuluru One runs Vuluru’s own books and isn’t open to other companies yet. Last updated October 4, 2026.
What it does for you today
- Where a bank line belongs.
- When you open your bank lines, SI suggests a home for each one: the other side of a transfer, an open invoice or bill it matches exactly, or the account you’ve used for that payee before. Choose “Why?” to see its reasons, or “Change…” to pick something else. Choosing “Book as…” makes a draft, and it goes into your books only when a person approves it.
- Who the payee is.
- SI suggests the customer or vendor from an exact name match, or from how you’ve booked them before, and fills it in when you use it.
- What’s behind a number.
- Choose the ⓘ beside an amount on the P&L, balance sheet or trial balance, and you’ll see the breakdown that makes it up.
- What’s left before you close.
- Before you close a month, you get a checklist of what still needs attention.
All of it comes from your own books and rules. Nothing goes in until a person says yes.
Where it runs
Every customer company starts on Local, the default setting, where SI works on servers Vuluru operates, on Azure in the US. Today, SI’s suggestions come from your own books and rules, checked by code. We’re adding a model that we host, and it isn’t running yet. On Local, SI sends your content to no outside model provider. We don’t use your books to train models.
What SI never does
SI never puts anything into your books; only a person does. The figures you see come from code, not from SI. And no key, prompt or answer is written to our logs.
Coming: your own provider key
It’s built, and it isn’t open to customer companies yet. When it opens, a company’s Owner can choose to use the company’s own key for an outside model provider, for every feature or one feature at a time, and go back to Local whenever they like. Turning it on will take a fresh passkey confirmation from the Owner, the Owner accepting our SI data addendum for that provider on the company’s behalf (it lists exactly what each feature would send), and a test of the key that sends no customer content. The key is sealed, and only its last four characters are ever shown. The first provider will be xAI’s Grok: the company’s Owner can choose it for some or all features, using the company’s own xAI account and key. It’s off unless the Owner turns it on.
Your data
From our security page:
Today, no customer content is sent to outside model providers. Vuluru runs its own books on Vuluru One, and for those books only, it uses xAI’s Grok under its own account while it measures it. For every customer company, SI sends content to no outside model provider. With any model, SI only proposes or words an answer: our code computes every figure, a person approves anything that goes into the books, and SI never posts. We don’t use customer content to train models. When we offer an outside model option to customers, it will be off unless the company’s Owner turns it on, and we’ll tell you before anything changes.
