Vuluru / Company
Vuluru, Inc. is an early-stage company, incorporated in Delaware in 2026, building Vuluru One: bookkeeping software for small businesses, with Super Intelligence (SI) that suggests and a person who decides. Our focus is a business management platform that small enterprises want to use, and come to rely on. We started with the part that has to be exactly right, the books.
Today, Vuluru One runs Vuluru’s own books and isn’t open to other companies yet. It handles invoices and customer payments, bills and vendor payments, bank lines, reconciliation, reports and the month-end close.
When it opens, we’d like to start with a few small accounting firms and the businesses they work with.
Money is kept in whole cents, and every entry has to balance before it’s saved.
Once something is in the books, it stays. A mistake is fixed with a correcting entry, so the history holds up.
SI suggests where a bank line belongs when your own books point to an answer, and shows why. Code checks the draft, and nothing goes into the books until someone approves it.
Reports show the checks that tie them together, and every change is recorded with who made it and when.
We’re building it carefully. Every claim on this site is about something that’s built, or that we’ve decided to build next.
The books are the foundation, not the finish. We’re building toward one connected place to run a small business: the books, customers and vendors, and the work that ties them together. That way owners spend less time keeping records and more time on the business. We add one well-made piece at a time.

We’re looking for a few people to build the company with us: people who care about small businesses, about craft, and about getting the details right. Founding-team roles include equity, on terms set out in a written agreement. Write to hello@vuluru.com with a short note about you and what you’d like to work on, or read Build with us.
